One selection error could be costly

John Smit, who in 2011 had to endure a lot of criticism because he was supposedly 'over the hill', said the key to winning the World Cup is getting the balance right between experience and youth.

The 2007 World Cup-winning former Springbok captain said just one error in selection can cost a team dearly at the global showpiece.

He spoke, exclusively, to rugby365 about how important selection will be next year!
