Bok Women performance coach Swys de Bruin and assistant coaches Laurian Johannes-Haupt, Franzel September, and Bafana Nhleko, will take the squad through their paces at Loftus Versfeld, with all the players returning to their home unions on Wednesday for the third round of the Women’s Premier Division.

De Bruin was pleased with the first camp in Stellenbosch in January and again applauded the provincial unions for their willingness to avail their national players while the Women’s Premier Division is underway.

“Their buy-in was crucial as we look towards the World Cup in August and September,” said De Bruin.

“This camp has been structured in such a way that it will not negatively impact on their provincial preparations. It is all about alignment and getting our players on the same page from a national perspective.”

The Women’s Premier Division concludes at the end of March and the Springbok Women will travel to Europe in April for a number of warm-up matches, details of which will be announced closer to the time.

Springbok Women training squad: Sanelisiwe Charlie, Yonela Ngxingolo, Micke Gunter, Xolelwa Diliza, Dineo Ndhlovu, Lusanda Dumke, Sizophila Solontsi, Faith Tshauke, Anathi Qolo, Unam Tose, Libbie Janse van Rensburg, Zintle Mpupha, Chumisa Qawe, Ayanda Malinga, Jakkie Cilliers, Byrhandre Dolf (all Bulls Daisies); Aseza Hele, Veroeshka Grain, Nomawethu Mabenge, Maceala Samboya (all Boland Dames); Nombuyekezo Mdliki, Aphiwe Ngwevu, Eloise Webb (all Border Ladies); Xoliswa Khuzwayo (Golden Lions Women); Nobuhle Mjwara, Tayla Kinsey, Mary Zulu (all Sharks Women), Azisa Mkiva, Roseline Botes, Luchell Hanekom, Nolusindiso Booi, Nomsa Mokwai, Alicia Willemse (all Western Province); Nadine Roos (unattached).
