Champions Cup semis are sell-outs
NEWS: The semi-finals of the European Champions Cup will be played in front of sell-out crowds in Dublin and Lyon this weekend, with over 90,000 fans set to attend the two high-profile matches.
Munster's last-four clash with holders Saracens will go ahead in Dublin tomorrow at a packed Lansdowne Road while all available tickets have also been sold for Clermont's showdown with Leinster at the Matmut Stade de Gerland on Sunday.
The increasing popularity of the tournament has been reflected in attendances this season, with the aggregate gate for the four quarter-final matches up by 62% compared with the same stage in 2015/16. Champions Cup crowds are set to pass the one million mark at next month's Edinburgh Final.
