Brumbies prop Sio to miss Kings clash
Sio has been out of action since suffering a knee injury in his team's 21-56 loss to the Hurricanes on April 21.
Wing James Dargaville is the other big name missing from the Brumbies squad that will face the Southern Kings in Port Elizabeth and the Jaguares in Buenos Aires.
The Brumbies have lost their last four matches, but they still find themselves sitting at the top of the Australian Conference.
Stephen Larkham's side suffered a 6-13 defeat to the Lions in Round 12.
