Argentina forced to change
Argentina coach Daniel Hourcade has made several changes to his starting side for the final Rugby Championship Test against Australia in Estadio Malvinas Argentinas, in Mendoza, on Saturday.
The most significant of these selections were the loss of seasoned back row forwards Juan Martin Fernandez Lobbe and Jean Manuel Leguizamon.
Lobbe has returned to his French base to be with his wife and newborn child, while Leguizamon has succumbed to a calf strain.
Rodrigo Baez will start on the flank in place of Lobbe.
Nahuel Tetaz Chaparro takes over at tighthead prop from Ramiro Herrera, who will play off the bench this week.
Martin Landajo replaces Tomás Cubelli at scrumhalf, while Horacio Agulla will partner Juan Martín Hernández in midfield, with Lucas González Amorosino on the wing in place of Manuel Montero.
The Pumas are still seeking their first win in the Rugby Championship, while in 22 previous encounters with the Wallabies they have recorded four wins – the last back in 1997. There is also a draw, in 1987, and 17 defeats.
