Los Pumas to face Scotland without key players
TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT: Argentina head coach Michael Cheika revealed some big changes to his team for their second Test against Scotland in Salta on Saturday.
Emiliano Boffelli, who wore the No.11 jersey in last weekend’s 26-18 victory, starts in the fullback position with Juan Imhoff coming in on the wing.
Juan Cruz Mallia drops out of the matchday squad.
Santiago Carreras gets the No.10 jersey this week after Nicholas Sanchez got injured in the first game of the three-match series.
Gonzalo Bertranou will be Carreras’ halfback partner.
In the pack, Rodrigo Bruni comes in for Pablo Matera, who suffered a knock to the face in that first Test.
Meanwhile, Felipe Ezcurra comes into the matchday squad to cover the scrumhalf position.
