Player ratings: Disjointed

While a few players stood out with good performances, there were also a number of players in the blue and white jerseys who let their country down.

Warren Fortune rates the Argentinian players!

15 Joaquín Tuculet:

He was certainly the best-attacking player on the field. He assisted in all of his team's tries and was a constant threat with ball in hand.

8/10

14 Ramiro Moyano:

It was a mixed bag from the wing. After a quiet first half, he had few good runs in the second 40 minutes.

6/10

13 Matías Orlando:

He was solid on defence, but his game was certainly lacking on attack.

5/10

12 Jerónimo de la Fuente:

He missed a number of tackles in the midfield and he was somewhat clueless on attack at times.

4/10

11 Emiliano Boffelli:

He scored a try and he was heavily involved in Martín Landajo's try in the first half.

7/10

10 Nicolás Sánchez:

He definitely had one of his worst games in a Pumas jersey. He was shocking on defence and he looked disinterested on attack most of the time.

4/10

9 Martín Landajo:

He was one of the bright sparks for the Pumas. He kept the Boks on their toes on attack and he scored a try as well.

7/10

8 Leonardo Senatore:

Not enough time to be rated (Replaced in the 13th minute)

7 Tomás Lezana:

He gave a good account of himself on attack and on defence with a spirited display.

6 Pablo Matera:

He put in a few big hits on defence, but he was well marked at the breakdown and when he had ball in hand.

5/10

5 Tomás Lavanini:

He gave away a few penalties, but he was also a busy man on defence.

5/10

4 Guido Petti:

He failed to replicate the form that he produced in Super Rugby this year.

4/10

3 Enrique Pieretto:

He was under pressure at scrum time and he gave away a few penalties.

4/10

2 Agustín Creevy (captain):

He gave his all for his country again. He was a tough man to bring down in open play.

7/10

1 Nahuel Tetaz Chaparro:

He certainly left his mark in open play with a number of tackles and strong carries.

6/10

Replacements:

16 Julián Montoya (On for Creevy, 61st min):

He was not as influential like Agustin Creevy.

5/10

Not enough time to be rated

18 Ramiro Herrera (On for Pieretto, 54th min):

Not enough time to be rated.

He did not make much of an impact while he was on the field.

5/10

23 Matías Moroni (On for Orlando, 55th min):
