Pumas to lean on World Cup stars
Agustín Creevy will lead the team into battle in the Brigadier López Stadium in Santa Fe on Saturday.
The team features most of the members of Argentina's World Cup squad, which finished fourth in the global showpiece last year.
Manuel Montero is one addition – the wing having missed out on the World Cup, after suffering a serious injury in June.
Props Felipe Arregui and Enrique Pieretto could both make the Test debuts if they come off the bench.
