Victorious Pumas experiment
The need to experiment clearly overrides the desire to maintain a winning combination for Argentina coach Santiago Phelan.
The Pumas mentor has made an astonishing seven changes to the team which edged France 23-20 last week.
Argentina and France meet in the second Test in the city of Tucuman in the northwest of the country, as the French hope to end a 14-year losing streak in this South American country.
Phelan has named a new halfback combination in Tomas Cubelli (No.9) and Benjamin Urdapilleta (No.10), who replace Martin Landajo and Ignacio Mieres. Landajo drops down to the bench and Mieres out of the matchday 22 altogether.
Joaquin Tuculet will start at fullback after playing in midfield in the first Test, with Agustin Gosio coming in at outside centre. Manuel Montero remains on the left wing, but Facundo Barrea comes in on the right wing for Belisario Agulla.
Up front Andres Bordoy replaces Bruno Postiglioni at hooker, with Francisco Gomez Kodela at loosehead prop ahead of Nahuel Tetaz Chaparro.
In the second row Julio Farias Cabello replaces Benjamin Macome, with Leonardo Senatore coming in at No.8.
