Glasgow Warriors centre Pete Horne -scorer of Scotland’s sixth try in the opening test win over Samoa – replaces Alex Dunbar, who failed to meet the requirements of the graduated return to play protocol for the concussion he sustained against New Zealand last weekend.

Uncapped Edinburgh Rugby centre Phil Burleigh comes into the match-day 23 for the first time to take Horne’s vacated place on the bench.
