Wales lock crocked
Jake Ball will start for Wales at lock in their Six Nations encounter with England at Twickenham on Sunday.
Luke Charteris was ruled out with a neck injury.
Ball will start his second consecutive Six Nations match, after featuring against France at the Millennium Stadium a fortnight ago.
He moves into the starting XV from the bench, where his place is taken by Andrew Coombs.
