Fiji mix things up for Italy clash
Fiji have made six changes to the side that secured a historic draw with Wales last week, as they look to end their tour on a high when they clash with Italy on Saturday.
There are two changes to the backline, as Norman Ligairi takes over from Josh Matavesi at fullback, while Napolioni Nalaga returns to the side on the left wing, prompting speed merchant Vereniki Goneva to switch to the right wing.
Despite their effective efforts in the loose against Wales, flanks Semisi Saukawa and Malakai Ravulo have dropped out of the match-day 22 altogether. Akapusi Qera and Semisi Naevo start on the sides on the scrum, with No.8 Sisa Koyamaibole completing the loose trio.
Impressive lock Ifereimi Rawaqa misses out on selection, as Wame Lewaravu is handed an opportunity in the second row.
The final change to the side is at hooker, where Talemaitoga Taupati joins the front row, who will have their work cut for them against Italy’s strong scrum.
