France legend Elie Cester dies

Born in 1942, the erstwhile boilerhouse companion of Walter Spanghero and Benoit Dauga was capped 35 times between 1966-74, captaining France on three occasions.

During his career, he was part of the Tricolor team that won the then-Five Nations three times, including the Grand Slam in 1968.
