The French club confirmed that they have signed Wilco Louw on a short-term deal. Louw will stay in France until November this year.

Louw will join as a medical joker as Toulon are without a number of internationals for the next couple of months due to the upcoming World Cup in Japan.

The-25-year-old Western Province player is expected to arrive in France in the coming days.

Louw has 13 caps for the Springboks. He made his debut for the Springboks against the All Blacks at Newlands in 2017.

He was part of the Springbok team that beat Argentina in Pretoria earlier this month.
