Double blow for France

France will be without influential backs David Marty and Alexis Palisson for their year-end Tests against Australia, Argentina and Samoa.

Centre Marty, who has scored 11 tries in 37 Tests for France, has been ruled out for two months with a fractured wrist.

The 29-year-old sustained the injury in training and joins utility back Palisson on the injured list.

The 25-year-old Palisson ,who plays at fullback as well as on the wing and has 21 caps, was hurt in Toulon's 32-9 loss to French Top 14 champions Toulouse, just 12 minutes after replacing Luke Rooney.
