Scotland A beat France A to win the IRB’s Nations Cup in Bucharest on Sunday.
Italy A, who were trailing 13-3 well into the second half, end up second with a better points’ difference than France A.
They are followed by Romania, Russia and Uruguay. Romania and Uruguay have been to World Cups before and Russia are likely candidates for 2011. That the A teams are above them suggests that not all teams at World Cups are possible winners!
