Connacht beat tourists in Galway
Connacht beat the touring Portuguese team 27-11 at the Showgrounds in Galway on Sunday.
Connacht were too good from the start and led 17-3 at the break after tries by John O’Brien and Troy Nathan
Early in the second half wing Goncalo Foro got in for a good try. but then the home side ran in two more tries by Brett Wilkinson and Mel Deane for a comfortable win.
The Portuguese go north to play Ulster.
