Wiese set to learn his fate
NEWS: World Rugby confirmed that Jasper Wiese and two other players will have their cases heard by an Independent Foul Play Review Committee (FPRC) on Sunday, July 13.
Springbok No.8 Jasper Wiese was issued with a red card for leading with the head during South Africa’s match against Italy.
Scotland’s Darcy Graham was issued with a red card as a result of two yellow cards during Scotland’s match against Fiji.
Romania’s Alexandru Harasim was cited for a breach of Law 9.11, where he lifted his leg, making contact with the tackler’s head.

All incidents occurred during the 2025 July Internationals.
As part of the expedited off-field sanction process in operation for the July Internationals, the citing window is limited to 12 hours following the final whistle.
The FPRC will ordinarily convene after each match day to review red card incidents and citing.
All full disciplinary hearings will typically be conducted by the Tuesday following the relevant match.
