Bulls Daisies bid farewell to Hexad

NEWS: Defending SA Rugby Women’s Premier Division champions, the Bulls daisies have bid farewell to six squad members by mutual consent.

The released players include Springbok Sevens Shiniqwa Lamprecht, Kyla de Vries and Simamkele Namba.

Springbok XV duo Rumandi Potgieter, Unathi Mali and Tuks Rugby alumni Lynn-Mari Subke all played a pivotal role in the Pretoria side’s charge for the two championships in the cabinet.

Thando Manana, the Executive for Strategic Projects at the BBCo. says the outgoing Daisies have all served the club with distinction and should take pride in their contributions to the badge.

“We are saying goodbye to fantastic players and people who are loved by all of us. We have been on an incredible journey together where we have seen them give their all towards the progress and success of our side.

“The influence they have had on their teammates on and off the pitch has been immense,”

“I am thankful to the six ladies for believing in the project, their service and contributions towards the success of the club, their tireless service and patriotism to the badge over the last two seasons.

They leaveas double champions because they always offered us great commitment and quality during their stay in the capital,”

“I wish each one of them only the best for their future endeavours, they will always be a part of the Daisies family.”

Everyone at the club would like to thank Shiniqwa, Kat, Sima, Rumandi, Unathi and Lynn for their contributions during their time with the Daisies and wish them well for their future.
