Hoskins to stay on as SARU boss

Oregan Hoskins will be President of the South African Rugby Union for another four years.

Hoskins, who has already been in the hot seat for eight years, will be unopposed at the Annual General Meeting of SARU.

The AGM will take place on Friday, March 28, in Newlands, Cape Town.

The positions of President, Deputy President, Vice-President and two positions on the executive council are due for election.

All positions are for four years.

The nominations are:

President: Oregan Hoskins (unopposed incumbent)

Deputy President: Mark Alexander (unopposed incumbent)

Vice-President: James Stoffberg (incumbent); Jan Marais

Executive Council (two positions): Boet Fick (incumbent), Dawie Groenewald (incumbent), Francois Davids, Peter Hassard, Schalk Liebenberg, André May
