World Cup-winning Springbok coach Rassie Erasmus – now Director of Rugby – in a very a frank discussion with players following their opener against All Blacks.
In the video published by the official Twitter account of Erasmus, the successful coach addresses the aspect of nerves.
The Springboks suffered a 13-23 defeat to the All Blacks before eventually lifting the Webb Ellis trophy last year in Japan.
