French giants to clash in Hong Kong

Racing Metro and Toulouse will meet in a friendly in Hong Kong in November, the two clubs announced on Wednesday.

The two Top 14 giants will take part in a training camp from November 4-9 and will play a match on the last day of the tour, minus their international stars.

The tour will take place during the international break in the Top 14 programme, with France due to face New Zealand in Paris on November 9.

"It's the first time that club rugby will be exported to Asia," said Toulouse president Jean-Rene Bouscatel.

The two clubs were due to face each other in a league match at Toulouse's Ernest-Wallon Stadium on Wednesday night.
