Two-minute fight

There were wild scenes in Tblisi at the weekend, as Georgia's game against Canada erupted into a mass brawl after the visitors took exception to a high tackle on a Canadian player.

The fight kicked off following a dangerous high tackle by Georgian breakaway Viktor Kolelishvili on Canada's No.10, Liam Underwood.

Within moments, players from both sides piled in and threw indiscriminate punches.

The fight lasted for almost two minutes as officials struggled to gain control.

Kolelishvili and Canadian skipper Tyler Ardron were both sent off for their actions, while three players were unable to return to action following the injuries they sustained during the melee.

Georgia ran out 19-15 winners at the final whistle.
