O'Keeffee to ref JWC Final
Ben O'Keeffe of New Zealand will referee the Final of the 2014 Junior World Championship between England and South Africa at Auckland's Eden Park on Friday.
O'Keeffe, a wing threequarter in his playing days, is a member of the Wellington Rugby Referees' Association.
This is the second year in a row that a New Zealander has refereed the Final. In 2013 it was Mike Fraser who refereed Canada against Scotland last weekend. In 2012 it was Greg Garner of England who refereed the match between the USA and Japan last week.
