ELV opinion poll

Peter Shortell of Cheltenham ran a straw poll on the experimental law variations – a poll of two dozen people.

The result is certainly not universal approval of the ELVs but not universal condemnation either. Each of the topics he raised is an ELV.

Although they are not being trialled in the S14, people were also overwhelmingly against collapsing mauls, and in favour of no “numbers” at the line-out.
