The Bronze Medal match reaffirmed Argentina’s hold over France as they ran out winners 34-10 to take the Bronze medal. We give some statistics from the match.

Sadly it was the most ill-mannered match of the World Cup, producing three yellow cards – Rimas Alvarez Kairelis (Argentina) because his team had repeatedly infringed, Raphael Iba?ez (France) for illegal use of the boot on a player and Juan Manuel Leguizamon (Argentina) for a tackle judged dangerous.
