Statistics: November Test Totals

In three weeks we had 18 Tests played by 12 countries, and we garnered some statistics from those Tests.

We have already given the statistics for each match. Now we should like to look at the highs and lows, the best and the worst from those statistics – just for the fun of it.

So if you want to know which team was penalised most, which player was penalised most, which team had fewest tries against it, and so on, read on.

Highs and Lows

Stoppages per match

Most stoppages: Ireland vs New Zealand

Tries

Canada’s leaky defences  did much to enhance the try-scoring statistics for their opponents but the All Blacks, who did not play them, still scored the most tries, along with Ireland who did play Canada.
