Statistics - RWC, Day 16

There were first wins for two teams in their final match of the 2007 Rugby World Cup. Samoa beat the USA and Georgia beat Namibia, both matches played in the rain after all the good weather the tournament has enjoyed. We give stats from both matches.

We also give some Rugby World Cup stats accumulatively.

Sanctions

Carl Hayman of New Zealand became the first recipient of a yellow card. He was not the only one.

There were two yellow cards, both in the match between Samoa and the USA – Tasi Mounga of the USA and Silao Vaisola Sefo of Samoa.
