HK 7s KO refs
Paddy O'Brien, the man in charge of the IRB's Sevens referees, has announced the referees appointed to the fisrt part of the knock-out rounds of the Hong Kong Sevens.
The rounds are in three categories – those qualifying for the Sevens in London, the quarterfianls of the Bowl and the quarterfinals of the Cup.
