Referees for Both Sevens Series 2018-19
World Rugby has announced the referees for their Sevens Series for men and women.
Richard Kelly of New Zealand will be at all ten of the men’s tournaments while Joy Neville, Sara Cox and Hollie Davidson will be busy indeed at the women’s Sevens.
