Super referees, Rounds 1 & 2

Craig Joubert will blow the whistle to start the 2014 Super Rugby tournament.

The first round will have just two matches, both in South Africa. Joubert will referee the first one, Jason Jaftha the second. Joubert will be coming back from Six Nations Duty on Sunday and will then return to Europe for the match at Twickenham between England and Ireland.

The second round will start on the Mainland of New Zealand when Chris Pollock referees the match between the Crusaders and the Chiefs.
