Test referees for November
The November Tests in the Northern Hemisphere produce a flurry of matches with many top appointments – and welcome back Steve Walsh to Test refereeing.
There is just one new Test referee – Peter Fitzgibbon who will referee two Tests between Japan and the USA.
At the other end of the scale Jonathan Kaplan is set to become the most capped Test referee in the game’s history.
