The Springboks showed immense character and determination to overturn a 21-point deficit and eventually claim the three-point victory at Ellis Park. Howie Kahn, Anton ‘Worms’ van Zyl and Morgan Newman express their joy about the achievement and what the result means for the future of the game.
Former Springbok centre Marius Joubert joins the conversation at 14:06 to bring some fresh insight into the topic while the team also touches on who they feel stood out in that encounter. They are not living in a dream world though and are well aware that England will be even tougher for the remainder of the Series.
The other international matches are touched on at 32:30 before the team look at the All Blacks vs France match, more specifically the foul play incidents.
The final topic of the episode at 40:28, is dedicated to all things Sevens as the team looks at the BlitzBoks’ unbelievable World Sevens Series victory and how the injuries they suffered could affect their performance at the Sevens World Cup in July.
As usual, the show concludes with the panels’ predictions for some of the upcoming international matches.
