OPINION: Players from Western Province and the Sharks dominate our Currie Cup Team of the Week for Round Eight.

There are six players from Province in our selection this week after their 34-7 win over the Blue Bulls in a 40-minute match at Loftus Versfeld. The Sharks have five players in our team after their 41-11 win against Griquas.

In the backline, Aphelele Fassi gets the No.15 spot with Sergeal Petersen and SP Marais on the wings. In the midfield, we have Lionel Mapoe and Robert du Preez.

Josh Stander is at flyhalf with Louis Schreuder at No.9.

In the pack, Tyler Paul is our No.8 and joining him in our back row is Ernst van Rhyn and James Venter.

The second row consists of JD Schickerling and Rhyno Herbst.

In the front row we have Wilco Louw, Corné Fourie and Juan Schoeman
