I'm not concussed, I'm just hung over
WATCH one of the funniest comebacks, after a referee suggested to a player that he may be concussed.
It happened in a University of Stellenbosch hostel league game and the exchange is all in Afrikaans.
The referee informed the player that he won’t allow him to take the kick if his head is ‘not right’.
“If you have a concussion or something I won’t allow you to play,” the referee says.
The player replies that it is “not” concussion.
The referee insists: “Is your head sore?”
“I am only hungover,” the player replied, continue to prepare for the kick.
