Readers' form forum

We are calling on you, the readers, to give us your selections for the form players in each position in each of the conferences, and this week we want to know who the best coach was as well.

Just to clarify, the idea is to identify the form players in each position, within each of the Super Rugby conferences. That means we want your selections of No.1 to 15 who are currently ahead of all others in the South African, Australian and New Zealand conferences.

This week we also want to know which coach you think is doing the best job at the moment in each conference. This does not have to be the most successful, but could also be someone who is doing a good job despite limited resources or difficult circumstances.
