Craven Week Referees - 2007

Craven Week is a great opportunity for players to show their talents and for talent scouts to spot players of potential. The same is true for the referees, and those chosen for this year’s Craven Week are part of the “next crop”.

That means that referees are appointed and there is back-up staff to help and evaluate them.

Two of the referees – Marius Bonthuys and Silulami Pityoi – are on the Provincial Panel, the rest a part of the Contenders Squad.

The referees for Craven Week: Marius Bonthuys (Griffons), Silulami Pityoi (Western Province), Heinrich Viljoen (Golden Lions), Quinton Immelman (Western Province), Petri Bosch (Griquas), Gerrie Coetzee (Free State), George Roper (Blue Bulls), Sazi Katiya (Border), Stephan Breytenbach (Pumas)

Assessors: Arrie Schoonwinkel, Quinton Immelman

Coaches: Tappe Henning, Theuns Naude, Neville Heilbron

Selectors: Freek Burger, Banks Yontolo

Executive Council Representative: Dougie Holwill

Tournament Director: Andre Watson

Referees’ Manager: Ben Theron
