Blue Bulls pick three teams
The Blue Bulls have chosen three teams of schoolboys for the coming weeks – Craven Week, Academy Week and the Northvaal Under-19 Academy Week.
The convener of the selectors Johan Koekemoer is satisfied that the best available teams were selected and he added that all the selectors were in accord with the naming of the Craven Week team.
The Craven week is going to be in East London in July, whilst the Academy Week will be hosted by the Blue Bulls in Pretoria and the Northvaal Under-19 Week is going to take place in Potchefstroom.
The Craven Week coach Pieter van Wyk echoed what Koekemoer said and he is optimistic that the Blue Bulls will do well in the challenges that await them at the “Bondedag” and the Craven Week.
Not surprisingly Affies and Waterkloof make a big contribution to the teams.
