EP vs SWD in Final match
The honour of playing in the main game on the final day at Craven Week on Saturday has fallen, unsurprisingly, to Eastern Province and South Western Districts.
Craven Week does not produce a champion but traditionally the team which wins the main match on the final day is regarded as the overall winner of Craven Week.
Friday is a rest day and then all the teams play on Saturday, either at HTS Middelburg or at Hoërskool Middelburg.
Teams that have won both of their matches during the week: Eastern Province, Griffons, Griquas, Leopards, Limpopo and South Western Districts.
Those wins are not the only criterion for ranking teams for the final day. The quality of the rugby played and the opposition faced is also taken into account.
