First Craven Week Fixtures
In the main match on the first day, the hosts, KwaZulu-Natal, will play Eastern Province who were the big losers in the final match in 2015. When the two teams met at the 2015 Craven Week, Eastern Province won 23-22.
Western Province, who won that final match 95-0, will play nextdoor neighbours Boland in the second last match, two teams who usually play each other before the Craven Week.

There will again be 20 teams taking part – the 14 provinces plus Limpopo, the Country Districts teams on Griquas, Border and Eastern Province, Namibia and Zimbabwe.
