Goudveld of Welkom play Welkom Gimnasium in an FNB Classic Clash in the goldfields of the Free State.

The Season so Far
There is not enough difference between the two to suggest an outright favourite. Both sides play occasional matches against top sides like Noord-Kaap, Hentie Cilliers, Louis Botha and Sentraal but mostly they fail to make a big impression on then without being embarrassed.

Griffons Craven Week side was a combination of Hentie Cilliers and Bethlehem Voortrekker. There were no Griffons in the SA Schools side but many were surprised that Shaun Reynolds, a calm and effective player, did not male it. In many ways he reminds one of Morné Steyn. It was his second Craven Week this year. He captains Gouties and it was clear that at Craven Week, where he was the Griffons' vice-captain, that he was the team's general. He could have a huge impact on the outcome of the match
