The FIRA-AER Under-18 European Championship started in Europe with the eight Elite Division sides in action. England and France enjoyed impressive victories.

England scored eight tries, including a hat-trick by No.8 Joel Conlon.

The four winning sides, who will contest the semifinals are England, France, Wales and Ireland, the reigning champions.
