Boishaai win another three

It is certainly a courageous undertaking for the players and the 10 schoolmasters with them – 17 matches in two weeks. The teams are the 1st XV, 2nd XV, 3rd XV and the Under-16A.

In two days the 3rd XV has played two matches.

Their first match day was Monday, when the 1st XV and the 3rd XV played, respectively, Sacred Heart College's 1st XV and 2nd XV. The 1st XV beat the famous Auckland school 24-8 (four tries to one) while the 3rd XV won 12-3.

On the second day three Paarl Boys' High sides played again and won again.

The 2nd XV beat St Peter's College 1st XV 33-14, the energetic 3rd XV beat Otahuhu College 1st XV 18-5 and the Under-16A beat Otahuhu 81-0.

Three Boys' High teams will be in action again on Saturday, against Gisborne Boys' High.
