Captain's profile: Waydon Daniels
The 18-year-old loose forward will lead an experienced group of players who had already tasted Classic Clash success over Pacaltsdorp in 2014 but he knows they will be in for another tough battle.
"We are a very experienced group of players, the majority of us have been playing in the team since last year. There have been a number of hard battles over the years and we will be hoping to retain the title we claimed but we expect another hard and physical battle from Pacaltsdorp.
"We have had a good season thus far because we won most of our matches and it has been a real honour to lead this team. Although it has been an honour, I have managed to remain humble and focused on my task of leading the team. I ensure that I respect everyone's opinions and that I remain calm in difficult situations," he said.
Daniels is a stickler for discipline and believes they will be successful at the end of the match if they just focus on doing what they do best.
"Discipline is definitely the key to our success and we all need to ensure that we remain humble and focused on what we do best, and that is playing rugby," he added.
He hopes to continue playing the game at university level as he would like to study Business Management at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University.
