Close Call in Classic Clash
Bite your nails, hold your breath, be afraid to watch. That is the sort of match it was when Hoerskool Zwartkop and Hoerskool Eldoraigne met in an FNB Classic Clash last Saturday.
It took the last kick of the match to give Zwarries a 22-19 victory over their near-neighbours.
Two outstanding teams were in action, playing with heart and soul for the victory.
More than 5,000 spectators watched with pride as their team gave of its best, action aplenty.
For Zwartkop it was a big day – a Classic Clash and their victory for the first time in five years.
In all there were 12 matches. Zwarries won five, Eldo seven.
