Dale's 2014 Fixtures
Dale College of King William's Town is one of South Africa's great rugby school and a part of that Border trilogy that have, over the years, done Border proud.
Their season starts early in March and ends late in August.
Dale takes its rugby seriously as it has done since 1880. Great players have played on Dale's fields, including – Sonny Taberer, Cocky Brooks, Brem Neill, CB Jennings, after whom the 1st XV field is named, Peewee Hoe, HO de Villiers, Mike Jennings, the All Black prop Greg Somerville, Luke Smith, Gcobani Bobo, Keegan Daniel and Skarra Ntubeni. The brilliant Protea fast bowler Makhaya Ntini also played for Dale.
Dale does not shy away from playing top schools or from travelling distances. It has just the one local school, De Vos Malan, that it can play but for the rest people are travelling.
