Desert Rugby Festival's last day

The inaugural Desert Rugby Festival ended in Walvis Bay on Saturday, and once again Monnas were the strongest team.

in the 14 matches of the Festival, 113 tries were scored.  Michael Bouwer of Walvis Bay Private High School scored the 100th try in the Tournament.  Gavin Delport, the Monnas' captain, scored moist tries – six in all. But then Monnas scored most team tries – 21 in three matches. There were 54 successful goal kicks.
