Both of them are top rugby schools in South Africa, small schools who fight way above their weight, not afraid to play the toughest of opponents.

Season So Far

Boland Landbou have done slightly better this season and are 19th on the Schools Top 20 while Oakdale are in the small group just under the Top 20.

Oakdale have played 13 matches, winning six and losing seven. All seven of their defeats have been against Top 20 schools, including Grey Bloem who are No.1, Paarl Gim No.2 and Paarl Boys’ High, No.3.

Boland Landbou have played 15, winning eight and also losing seven. Their defeats have all been against other Top 20 schools, while they have beaten Stellenberg and Waterkloof.

For both schools it is the last match of the season.
