FNB Top 20 - 4 August 2009

There were some big matches this weekend. In Pretoria Glenwood played Affies, in Bloemfontein the two Greys met, Goudveld in Welkom and in Paarl there was that Interschools to beat all Interschools.

The results of these matches have had a great effect on our FNB Top 20 for this week.

Other interesting results include Drostdy’s victory over Bishops, Marlow’s battle for victory in the mud against Oakdale and big wins for Die Brandwag, Framesby, Selborne, the Rooiskool, Monnas and Outeniqua.

We continue our policy of rewarding those who played and some may have shifted down only to make room for those who have played.

That means that some sides will drop down and perhaps altogether but at the end we again try to draw up a Top 20 to cover the whole season.
