FNB Top 20 - 5 May 2009

These long weekends do not make things easier as many schools have breaks or play at different times. Gathering scores is less easy.

But once again we bring you the schools in the FNB Top 20.

Let me say that the enthusiasm this arouses is splendid. We know – as any thinking person knows – that such a ranking is not absolute. We try simply to acknowledge those doing well. If that is a form of encouragement, that is excellent.

You may well have suggestions or would like to put your school’s case. Write to pauld@365digital.co.za. We take note of everything we receive – unless they are rude or silly.

There have been changes with Paul Roos, Bishops, Monnas, Gimmies, Michaelhouse and Oakdale moving up while Dr EG Jansen of Boksburg, not for the first time, come onto the FNB Top 20.

We do publish the scores we get each week and we invite readers to send in scores we have missed. Some do that.
